SAP B1 Support Team Leader


General Description:
be one solutions AG and our 5 global subsidiaries are running a Global Support Center in order to support our customers worldwide.
The Team Leader position consists of supporting our internal Consultants and End Customers in providing solutions and workarounds to our Customers’ product issues originating from various B1 working environment components.

Location:
Home Office (Europe based)

Qualifications
  • Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application, including all of its core Modules and core Add-ons
  • Wide experience in SAP Business One support and implementation
  • Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports
  • Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades
  • Strong IT consulting background
  • Manufacturing background - Advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English - Mandatory
  • Spanish\German speaker - Advantage
