Sure-Grip International is a pioneering roller skate manufacturer best known for revolutionizing the industry with its innovative design—a running shoe mounted on a skate plate. As the company continued to grow, its legacy system could no longer support day-to-day operations, limiting reporting, usability and efficiency. To modernize its workflows and prepare for future expansion, Sure-Grip partnered with Abbasoft to implement SAP Business One.

Sure-Grip’s previous system lost ongoing support after being acquired by another company, leaving the team without a reliable platform to manage daily operations. As the business continued to grow, the system reached its functional limits, with outdated features and restricted usability that no longer met the company’s needs. To stay connected, Sure-Grip had to rely on an emulator with significant limitations, creating operational bottlenecks. Reporting became especially challenging, with staff unable to pull accurate data when required and forced to complete most tasks manually.
