c. What’s New in SAP Business One version 10 – Feature Pack 2602
The latest Feature Pack 2602 introduces a range of enhancements designed to improve usability, visibility, and operational efficiency, including:
- Process Map: Visualise end-to-end business processes, guide users through tasks, and provide management with a clear operational overview
- Availability to Promise (ATP): Gain real-time visibility of available stock, open sales orders, and incoming quantities when creating sales documents
- Crosstab Reporting: Enhanced sales analysis with more flexible and dynamic reporting capabilities
- Direct Excel Import into Web Client: Seamlessly import item data, business partners, and batch and serial numbers directly into the Web Client
- Export Sales Documents with XML: Export sales documents as PDFs with embedded XML files for easy integration with other ERP or accounting systems, reducing manual processing
- Enhanced Journal Entry Imports: Improved Excel-based imports with mapping of control accounts for more accurate and streamlined financial postings
- Expanded User-Defined Fields (UDFs) and User-Defined Values (UDVs) Capabilities: Enhanced flexibility with UDFs supporting multi-branch environments and UDVs available across all modules.
d. Enhancements for all mobile apps through app updates
