Challenges & Opportunities

When ABLIC Corporation became an independent company in 2016, it faced the challenge of building a new management system. Transitioning away from its former structure required not only the introduction of its own ERP system, but also stronger governance across all entities. To support this transformation, ABLIC needed a trusted SAP global partner to review and rebuild its data infrastructure globally through a strategic, two-stage ERP implementation plan.

Our Solution

Be One Solutions implemented SAP Business One across ABLIC’s overseas subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United States at the same time as part of a unified global rollout, along with another go-live in China in the following year. While ABLIC continues to run its own internally developed Logistics System worldwide, Be One Solutions delivered a seamless integration between that system and SAP Business One – ensuring accurate financial postings, synchronized data flows and consistent reporting across all regions. With shared templates, a unified methodology and localized adaptation, all sites went live on schedule with a cohesive, easy-to-use accounting environment that strengthened forecasting, cost control and group-wide governance.
