With 80 subsidiaries, disparate local systems and paper-based processes limited transparency and slowed quotes and orders. MAN ES needed a global template and a fast, reliable interface from product center systems to local subsidiaries to enable a truly multinational ERP implementation.

Our Solution

Be One Solutions enhanced MAN’s global subsidiary landscape by implementing Be One Integration Platform-powered integrations across multiple SAP Business One entities and five SAP ECC headquarters (Augsburg, Copenhagen, UK, France and Switzerland). Instead of replacing existing systems, we unified them through an intercompany order-processing interface that standardised sales, purchasing and delivery flows between HQ and subsidiaries.

With a consistent integration layer, Be One Integration Platform orchestration and country-specific localisation add-ons, subsidiaries gained a streamlined, compliant and highly coordinated operation, reducing manual touchpoints, improving data accuracy and ensuring every region stayed aligned with the headquarters’ processes.
